Lessons Learned
- Developing a system or process of a tracking project details is critical to the success of a project. Especially when the project lifecycle can be 3-5 years.
- Vetting potential suppliers, contractors, or any other type of vendors is a vital process and contracts need to be carefully analyzed to mitigate risk.
