Reconfiguring & Implementing a Saas

Problem
Our organization was paying for a SaaS to manage volunteers, act as a CRM, and provide other operational tools, but had not developed the software to be optimized to the organization's needs. A part time admin assistant was managing our 85 person volunteer team, resulting in a weekly administrative workload of 10 hours per week.

Solution
Reconfigured the SaaS to automate the volunteer scheduling operations and trained users to manage their own schedules within the system. The result was a decrease in administrative labor by 9 hours per week.
